Return Policy

Return Policy
Stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for the freight charges to return it as well as a 25% restocking fee. If the item is returned with any damage, additional charges may apply. All return shipments must be pre-arranged by contacting us for a return authorization number. Please email us at info@sunshinewicker.com or call (954) 491-2727. There are no returns or exchanges after 7 days.

 

Special Order Merchandise is Not Cancellable or Returnable
Special order merchandise is any merchandise that you have ordered that we do not normally stock.  This merchandise is ordered and manufactured specifically to the your specifications and is not cancellable or returnable.

Please note product, finish and fabric photos are representative of actual colors and should not be relied upon for color matching and purchase decisions.  Computer monitors may show photos differently. Sunshine Wicker and Design is not responsible if actual item does not match website photos.  

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after returned items are inspected and cleared.  Items returned to us with damage will be subject to additional charges.  Credit card refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase.  All other refunds will be issued in the form of a check.
