Dear Mary and Carl,
The furniture is beautiful. The colors are great and without your help in selecting the fabrics I know I would not have been able to complete my order so easily and have the island look I wanted.
When I first called you to ask about pricing for furniture I was interested in, Carl was very friendly and informative. I don't think I would have been comfortable ordering sight unseen if it wasn't for him. Carl checked out the fabrics I had selected for me to see if they would go well together, this was when I was going for browns and greens. When I did not get back to Carl right away, I appreciated his e-mail and suggestions to help me go back to my original green and blue theme. His patience with me sold me as he seemed to be only interested in making me happy and he could tell I really wanted the blue and green theme.
Then, when I could not find the right green (because the store I went to to look at fabric choices did not have an updated fabric collection) Mary stepped right in and was able to e-mail me photos of different fabric selections that I did not even know were available. Whew, thanks to your advice and patience, everything turned out so bright and colorful.
You both were terrific to work with as you were so helpful and showed so much caring for my order. I felt like everytime I called I was just a friend talking to you instead of a customer. I can't believe you even put a back on the TV stand for me special so that the cords would not show. I know that I will definitely be advising all my friend about your quality product and customer service.
You really went above and beyond, especially with adding to my shipment extra merchandise from other stores that I could not get shipped to down in St. Thomas. By the way, the area rug you helped me to select matches beautifully and Mary you were right to go with the stripes.
And I almost forgot to tell you, the six custom ordered lounge chair covers for our outdoor deck and pool area, look fabulous.
